Copyright Policy Statement
Authors retain the copyright to their articles, granting the Nigerian Journal of the Humanities only the right of first publication. The NJH Editors insist that all cited sources be appropriately acknowledged by every author. The author is equally responsible for any copyright infringements generated by any article published by the NJH in their name. However, the NJH retains the right to reject or withdraw from publication any article that violates copyright laws. Such an Author will automatically be blacklisted from publishing in the NJH for ever or for a limited period depending on the severity of the infringement. The NJH reserves the right to also inform other peer reviewed journals of the punishment meted to erring authors. The decision to blacklist an author is the exclusive preserve of the Board of the NJH.
